Beta use and expectations

The beta is an early service for capturing, organizing and working with notes. Access is invite-based and free during the beta. Any paid plan will be offered separately before charging you. Usage limits are shown in your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of your notes. Upload and share material you have permission to use. NotePunk processes it to provide the features you choose; granting a share gives its recipient the access level you select.

Review before acting

OCR and AI output can be wrong. Check names, dates, recipients and generated content before relying on them. Magic Mode offers a review step; explicit commands in Syntax Mode can request external actions. A failed or uncertain delivery requires review before sending again.

Availability and recovery

Features and limits may change during the beta. Processing depends on external providers and can be delayed or unavailable. Keep original pages and use export and recovery tools for work you rely on.

Respect other people

Do not use the service to access another person’s account, send unwanted messages, upload harmful content or interfere with the service. Access may be suspended while abuse or a security problem is investigated.

Help and account closure

Use private feedback for questions or problems. Account settings provide deletion and data controls. Read how your information is handled.
